Joel, Start with a management summary which includes a statement that it will save your business X thousand creds per year, recouping capital and manpower implementation costs within Y months. Then write a load of blurb to prove it. Job done. Remember to think business, not technical, and that at the moment, only you know why it should be done. rgds Marc
