I think you can do it in 2 ways:
1) using dynamic crypto  map. Here is a link which
describe how to set up it !!!

2) If u have public ip addresses say on ur ethernet
side or a pool assigned to by ISP. U can use that on
either on ethernet or loopback address and use this
address to initiate and terminate tunnels.

Command for this is
 cyptoma map  local-address x.x.x.x
