First of all, this won't work, unless you have the 198.x.x.x subnet setup as a secondary address on the serial interface of the 1720. The global address have to be available to the outside interface of the NAT router. If you have those addresses available, then, yes, it is possible. I will work out the configs and post them here shortly.
