Two other things. This is only a problem (as far as I know) on the older 1900s with the DB-9 console port. The other issue, and I have sorta confirmed it, is that you can't load anything older than about 5.37 on the older 1900s. I was able to do that with my old 1924, but it gags when I try to upload 9.0. If anybody has any additional info on the limitations of the older 1900s, please post because I can't find anything more on CCO.
