I remember downloading the tutorial a few years ago. Looks like it's gone now - google shows it on the 3com website, but when you go there all you get is a blank page that says "Technical Papers". Doing a search on the 3Com website doesn't come up with any hits. Other links on google all point back to various places on the 3Com website that don't exist anymore.
