Yes you can.  Just type in the command multiple times in the interface
config mode.  If servers are on the same network, then you can use the
network address instead of the host addr.

For example:

servers are 1.1.1.1 and 1.1.1.2/24

then:

r1(config-if)#ip helper-addres 1.1.1.1
r1(config-if)#ip helper-addres 1.1.1.2

or

r1(config-if)#ip helper-addres 1.1.1.0
