If I'm not mistaken, this would be a "ip tacacs source-interface fast3/0". My only $0.02 would be, wouldn't a loopback interface be more appropriate since A) It doesn't go down and B) would be a lot easier for either ACL'ing or firewalling since you'd have a separate subnet allocated for lo0's? Feel free to put me in my place as this is all new to me, but if you are, please do explain why I'm wrong.
