The error says the source and destination are the same. Since the source and destination ip addresses are obviously different, I would guess the complaint is that the last-hop and next-hop gateways are the same. The IDS is complaining because some packets are trying to hairpin in your router. This could be because of some malicious spoofing or it could simply be a bad route at your ISP. I'd inform the ISP as a heads up and see what they have to say.
