That's a good question. I never knew anyone who wanted to disable the port before =) I do not know if this will work but try one of the following...
line con 0 login no password That might disable access to login to the console port. Or try this... no line con 0 I do not know if either of those will work, but it is worth a shot. It will not actually "disable" the physical port, but if it works, it would deny anyone attempting to login to it.
