If I keep the ALWAYS statment in there the route still propagates even when
I turn/unplug the ethernet on dental_ho.  If I take out the ALWAYS statment
the optional requirement is met.  That is if I uplug the the interface the
route stops propagating.  What I think is going on here is that the ALWAYS
tells the router to propagate even if the route map condition is not met.  I
think this is a mistake in the book.  But what really bugs me is that Karl
said you must have the ALWAYS in there if your going to use IP OSPF
DEFAULT-NETWORK command but I took out the always and everything worked fine.
