Although it is heavy into the token ring side of things, I still highly
recommend Tan Nam-Kee's book Configuring Cisco routers for Bridging, DLSw+,
& Desktop protocols.

Any student at the CCIE level should be able to take the labs from that book
and transfer them into an ethernet environment. And even that doesn't matter
so much. Those who have been through the Lab in the last 6 months I'm sure
will be happy to tell you about the DLSw problems they experienced over all
kinds of links, not just token ring. :->

Take the next step, partner.
