extra physical ethernet port but still wish to do
subnetting on a single ethernet interface  then
secondary addressing will also be a solution . However
it is not a recommended design as it uses a lot of CPU
resources on the router.


btw, can I ask if CID includes SNA design and
appletalk ? Because if they are not I intend to skip
them
