Hi , I have a cisco 2621 with IOS 12.0 (3) T3 , I am trying to upgrade the IOS to IOS 12.0 (4) T using the Cisco works 2000 . How do I make a package of this IOS and how do I deliver this package to this router whose IP is 3.20.79.221.
