If you follow the Exam Outline found on CCO, and study all of the objectives thoroughly from that, you'll do just fine.
As for the 605, it doesn't have exam simulations.... only the Routing and Remote Access exams have had simulations added to them. If you don't have access to Catalyst switches, I'd suggest at least getting the CIM for LAN Switching. You can find the CIM's on Ebay.com from time to time. Be forewarned though, you won't be able to hands-on practice MLS unless you have access to equipment that supports that topic.
