Most people would say it's your config-reg, but that's not the problem. Even though your config-reg is set to 0x2102, it's booting off the booroms (the (boot) in your prompt below). Your flash either has a corrupt image on it, a non-applicable image, or they are blank. Either case, your booting from your bootroms. So...
