Ashir, I could be wrong, but I think an E1 circuit and an HDSL circuit are two different things!
To support HDSL circuit though, a quick search on CCO for HDSL turned up the Cisco 1401 and 1417 xDSL Routers. The 1401 has an "ATM25" jack- which I think is just a 6-pin telco phone-jack connector, and the 1417 has a standard RJ-11 jack. I could be wrong on this too, but I think these two units take their telco service off of a single copper pair... or at least that's what the unit with the RJ-11 jack indicates.
