The mls rp ip is disabled by default. There is MLS that you apparently can't configure, like you can't disable CEF on a 12000, going on between the switch and the MSFC/PFC. This URL talks some about it though it pertains to the sup1, can't find a similiar URL with the supII but I think in this respect they are the same. I tried everything I could when testing this to disable the MLS but could not!!
