depends on what is meant by "technical documentation" the doc CD contains a lot of information, both hardware and software, for all the product lines.
as an example, check out this link http://www.cisco.com/univercd/cc/td/doc/product/core/7200vx/index.htm the doc cd contains al this as well as IOS stuff. depending if this is what is meant by tech docs.
