Internet Routing Architecture (Second Edition), Sam Halabi page 155 "The best routes, as identified by the decision process, are placed in the Loc-RIB. These routes become candidates that can be advertised to other peers or placed in the IP routing table. If a route is not placed int he Loc-RIB, it cannot be placed in the Adj-RIB-Out for advertisement to peers" Still looking for a reference to Rule 1 ....
