Hi Shane, looks like the CHAP fails at the point where they exchange the information. Make sure you have the following correctly configured:
on FD_PMBURG: username ZA108005D password whatever on ZA108005D: username FD_PMBURG password whatever Hope that this helps, if not then you will have to give us a bit more information about the two routers config.
