Kindly elaborate on lockup... Is the green light on? what you can try is to use a RJ-45 cross-cable and connect directly to your laptop and try to manage it via http. You'll probably also need to console in first, to make sure that your AP and your laptop are in the same subnet to communicate. Try to take it from there. If there are still problems, then probably the unit is faulty. hope it helps.
