I am trying the translate the destination address for a group of servers
which I have migrated onto a new network.
For example, an old address is: 192.1.7.5 and I want to translate this to
10.69.1.81.

should I use the: ip nat inside source static 10.69.1.81
192.1.7.5
or ip nat inside source destinate 10.69.1.81 192.1.7.5
command?

What will be the inside and outside interfaces.

Scott
