There is new material (for example, two new topics that are covered heavily now are MPLS and QoS). The test is very different from the old exam. While there are a lot of similarities between the old blueprint and the new blueprint, new questions have been written. I can't recommend any updated books that cover the new exam at this time, but go to the following link for some links that are a good starting point (if you haven't already been there):
