John, we route on campus between all vlan interfaces, however the voice vlans/subnets are not internet public routable space. All dhcp scopes are handled by a unix box I believe that runs a high powered dhcp server software, that allows us to use secondary scopes and define the type 150 that our ip phones need for the tftp config.
