According to the Tools & Utilities page, Tech Tips have been folded into the Product & Technology Support Pages here: http://www.cisco.com/pcgi-bin/Support/browse/index.pl Also the Tech Notes are easily found now. Yeah! From the main page, click on Technical Support and select Technology Support.
