Mike,

I hear you, that braindumps helped you.  I think I can speak for the 
moderator team and many of the people on the list that we feel 
braindumps tend to cheapen the certifications.  They are not welcome 
on this list.  If you want to start a braindump site or list, no one 
is stopping you.

Now -- did I ever get a job when I didn't have direct work experience 
with a technology? Of course I did.  These were mostly in 
programming, and you'd better believe I didn't cram from then 
nonexistent braindumps -- I read several books on the programming 
language, wrote a few programs, and, if possible, tested them.

In my more research-oriented jobs, no one assumes that I know 
everything about a topic. Part of my responsibility is inventing 
solutions. Obviously, that doesn't apply at entry level.

Any list has its own customs; any list or medium is fundamentally 
subject to the "owner of the press."  Freedom of the press doesn't 
mean you can force the press owner to print anything you want.
