Hi all I have a 1602R with a WIC-1DSU-T1 card installed. I am trying to bring up the line, but the interface is down/down. The ISP swears that I have the correct linecode, frame type, and other settings. A debug serial interface shows:
QUICC_Serial1: Reset from x45623q21 It keeps trying to restart and keeps getting reset with the above debug code. I have checked the cables. The lights on the WIC are CD illuminated and ALARM illuminated. I searched the archives and found someone had the same problem back in april with the a 1603 and the same debug trace, but no one replied. Please help! I have no where else to turn as I have no maintenance on this router.
