I think you need to look at analog/digital gateways, and how they interact with a trunk connection on the different systems. At least thats how you tackle the problem from the cisco side. Or maybe the other VoIP solutions are H.323 compliant, and maybe you can get lucky and try that approach. I'm going to guess that other than H.323, the boxes don;t communicate very well. I'd recommend looking at the gateway solution.
