Your policy is definitely the safest. The stakes are pretty high, and if you ask, and Cisco refuses to answer, then you will know that it is not something to discuss on this list. Some may disagree with the policy, but Cisco is in the driver's seat on its NDA policy, and it is not worth risking losing so much just to tilt at windmills.
