Hello folks, We have a 1720 router and we are not able to connect to console port, we can connect only to AUX port. The problem is that we need to do a password recovery and we are not sure if we can do that using the AUX port, could you tell me if is it possible?? We have tried to do password recovery using AUX port but it doesn't work... Do you know another way to do password recovery? is it possible to reset password or NVRAM contents by hardware (opening the box and doing "something"???? Thanks friends!
