Thanks... Yep i figured it out Thanks to www.cisco.com/tac :)) I tested the connectivity to a single ISDN line with 2 bri ports worked well.. to the ISP as well I was able to browse the net and it works faster too..

You basically asign each BRI to a dialer pool with the "dialer pool-member x" command and under the dialer interface these pool members are associated to the dialer interface using the "dial pool x" command.
