Maybe it's a misprint. Perhaps there's a trick of some sort. Maybe the trick is that the minimum value for the ipx update interval is 10 seconds so if you could even enter those low values something screwy would happen. The real questions on the CIT test won't be that bad, although people do say they are pretty bad. I took the test quite a while ago and didn't think it was too badly worded, though.
