All, The feedback I got from Cisco about this is as follows
"Although other Voice certification options are being discussed, the only related exam currently in production is the IP Telephony, which will concentrate on the Enterprise.The IP Telephony exam will begin beta in November." This is one of the various written option for CCIE C&S. Keep in mind that lab remains the same regardless of which written you pass for C&S and hopefully when you pass nothing points out which written you have manage to pass.
