2514 w/RJ 45's can be used to give you console access to all the devices in
the "pod"  Probably less expensive than the WTI brand Console Management
Switch (CMS) I used which do the same thing.  Either way, you will want one
or the other to gain console access remotely
3620's with right cards make good "backbone" routers b/c you can attach 4
serial v.35's per card
for the "pod" routers 2514's worked for me-but you may get by w/2501's
