Hi Can anyone direct me please; I have taken other's lead on this group's posts in contacting Cisco directly to obtain a boot prom (in this instance for a MC3810). So I phone Cisco and land up, as directed, by the credit card purchases department. A very friendly but puzzled person (maybe his first day) informs me that it is much quicker and expeditious to order online. Not meaning to disturb his coffee break any further and forcing him to have to strain himself to do this order I decided to follow his suggestion. The online ordering direct from Cisco requires a valid purchase order and customer number etc. Along all the links under purchasing I can find nothing to satisfy my requirement. This guy told me it takes 4 weeks delivery, this is not what I heard. Can anyone confirm the exact place to contact at Cisco?(incidently the number options at Cisco seem to have changed recently) Any help/ideas would be much appreciated.
