Heres my notes on 2500 memory... hopefully there
should be some stickers or wording on the chips/pcb
that help out finding out what you have.

2500 DRAM use ONLY:

 - 1x36 70ns(or faster) TIN SIMMS 4 meg
 - 4x36 70ns(or faster) TIN SIMM 16 meg

PARITY, not Nx32. And they must be electronically
'single-sided'. 
Some simply don't work so shop/look around.
