Cisco support ipsec over tcp, very hany for remote access vpn through firewalls. it also easy to set up CA for certificate authentication, secureID ect. In short the Cisco VPN product is very easy to use, set up, and it works pretty well. Having said that I don't have a lot of MS vpn experience, but the one I did have was unpleasant.
