Team, I want to thanks God, San Lazaro, My family and all members of this group. I took today the last exam (CIPT) for the Cisco IP Telephony Support Specialist. This certification is not that easy, it requires a lot of reading, practicing and hands on. The following is what I used to prepare for each test. All books for each test are not enough, you really have dig very deep down on the Cisco Web site for many PDF's and others links as well. The most difficult test was the Cvoice (very long test and the score to pass is very but very high), the easy was the CIPT (because the foundation from the other two test dqos and cvoice)

The book Integrating Voice and Data Networks by Scott Keagy is a most, I used this book for all test as a reference and it is a very good book, any person who is really interesting on Voice/Data need to have this book. Well now to start using the lab, keeping reading more pdfs, books and anything else that I could get my hands on for the next seven months every day in order for me to give a shoot at the beast of the beast CCIE LAB (what a animal).
