Hi all,

Basically, this question stems from Lab 1 of ccbootcamp.

1. R3 and R4 needs virtual link configured between them for R4 routes to
be seen in all the other routers.

I go to R3 and say " area 3 virtual-link " and in R4 " area 3
virtual-link 10.34.1.1" . For the virtual links to come up, atleast
R3 should be able to ping the lo1 of R4. But R4's routes ( including
the loopbacks ) will be propagated only when the OSPF's virtual link is
up and running.

Also in the lab, we are not supposed to have static routes unless
otherwise stated. - How is it possible to make the R4's routes appear in
R3. Any workaround?

Thanks,
Rajesh
