mea culpa!!! When I "tested" the file copy I inserted the flash in 
slot 1 of the 3660 but read slot 0:(  After reading your post and URL I 
got to wondering so I went back and tested it correctly and

   YES THE FILE SYSYTEMS ARE COMPATIBLE!!!
