Thanks for the heads-up, it took me like an hour to find the software, like no one had it, finally I found it at:
http://omis3.omis.niu.edu/download/SECURITY/ then look for NGSSniff.exe I did not really get the fix that I was looking for, but I guess that this work around should work.
