Elijah; You can isolate which end is sending the errors by putting up loops at a test access point as close to the A and Z end as you can get. With the loopbacks up, the side that still sees the errors is transmitting them. If you are certain that it is the fiber daughter card that is transmitting the errors, then replace the one that is on the side that still sees errors with the loop up.
