Simon, I bought an adaptor from Maplin Electronics in the UK (www.maplin.co.uk) or you can also try Farnell Electronics (www.farnell.co.uk), if you call them and explain what you need they are quite helpful. It's quite good because the adaptors take 2 of the US plugs.
