Chuck,

This is a good thing.  It follows my real world experience.  Get the
right person from the phone company and the problem goes away.  Then
again, having a good ISDN tester really helps so you can tell them how
they goofed in provisioning.

I still say ISDN stands for "I Still Don't Network".
