The map-class names are case sensitive I think, so check the capital letter mismatch.
I'm not sure what you mean when you say you are still sometimes receiving calls on the 803 from the 3620 - is your objective to not allow the 3620 to dial at all? You can use "dialer callback-secure" on the 800s to make sure that if any other calls come in that aren't configured for callback, they will be disconnected.
