Are you talking about -

nmsp            1790/tcp    Narrative Media Streaming Protocol
nmsp            1790/udp    Narrative Media Streaming Protocol

I do not know the answer, but would suggest you permit it both ways then
do a show ip access-list to see what gets matched and then remove any
permit lines in the ACL with no matches.

Does tcp port 1790 have to be permitted both ways (similiar to bgp and 
dlsw)?
Ex. #permit tcp any any eq 1790
    #permit tcp any eq 1790 any
Could someone clarify this for me?
