This is a good example of an inconsequential matter which far too much time has been wasted on fighting over on Wikipedia. Whether Citizendium can handle questions like this more efficiently is a good test of its mettle. On WP we typically end up accepting, in fact *enshrining*, inconsistency in the name of keeping the peace. Thus we accept both usages and when debate flairs up about a particular article the preference shown by its first major contributor is (supposed to be) the deciding factor. This is a great policy for Wikipedia and one I'm very much in favour of for an open wiki. My guess, though, is that Citizendium will want to aim for a more consistent style.
