Yesterday, the Citizendium forums were hit with some very unpleasant porn spam. There were a number of forum postings and lots of Personal Messages.
Jason and Larry have dealt with the forum spam and blocked the spammer. Jason has upgraded the security to try to prevent further incidents.
If you have received a PM with the subject "IMPORTANT NEWS AND INFORMATION!!!" please just delete it. It isn't very nice.
We apologise that this stuff got through and are taking steps to block it. Such are the times we live in.
