I would like us to do our best to make sure these new people are exposed to our distinct culture--different from Wikipedia's. I think also that if we ourselves (i.e., old hand Citizens) are hard at work, we will do better at making more of the new people active contributors themselves. Happy Valentine's Day by the way!
