The Citizendium Editorial Council

earlier today concluded its vote on its first resolution.  The resolution
passed unanimously, 24-0, and adopted the document "Editorial Council Rules
of Procedure," as its rules of procedure:

Note, if the Council works well, it will be one of the first (the first that
I know of, anyway) assemblies to use something like Robert's Rules--i.e.,
parliamentary procedure--translated to a mailing list, wiki, and forums.
Call it Robert's Rules 2.0.

So we are now ready solicit new proposals!  While one has to be a member to
sponsor a proposal before the Editorial Council, anyone can prepare the text
of a resolution and ask a member to back it.
